Company kindergartens
We have two kindergartens with nursery units located in Ostrów Mazowiecka and Suwałki.
The project is carried out in cooperation with professional educational operator Kids&Co. Centrum Rozwoju Dziecka Sp. z o.o., which has been providing unique services in running kindergartens and nurseries for many years. Classes are conducted in the Polish-English bilingual system, based on the original curriculum. Children develop their individual passions and skills by taking advantage of additional sports and dance classes and participating in many thematic workshops and trips. Company kindergartens provide a number of benefits for employed parents. First of all, they make it easier to reconcile work and family life.
Additional medical care and insurance
FORTE employees have the opportunity to join private health insurance and group life insurance. As part of medical care, employees have access to medical facilities throughout Poland. They can use a wide range of medical services: from occupational medicine and primary care physician consultations to specialist consultations and diagnostic tests.
Employee volunteering
Among FORTE’s team of over three thousand employees, there are many people who want to change their immediate surroundings and do something together for others. The FORMY – FABRYKA INICJATYW [FORMS – INITIATIVE FACTORY] employee initiative programme – has been created with them in mind. As part of the programme, each FORTE employee can apply for financial or non-financial support to implement their own project, aimed at local communities.
Company Social Benefits Fund
FORTE Group employees can benefit from various subsidies under the Company Social Benefits Fund. Among other things, employees can apply for support for various forms of recreation – both for employees and their children, loans for the purchase of an apartment or the construction of a house, Christmas support for employees or gift cards for employees’ children.
We also promote physical activity of our employees by subsidising soccer and volleyball sections, fishing sections, or the Kamena sailing club at Lake Wigry.
