Employee development is a benefit for the entire organisation. At FORTE, we support our employees in improving their competencies regardless of their position. The FORTE Academy is a staff training programme. Its objective is to develop employees to meet defined business needs.

As part of our personnel policy, we have implemented an internal recruitment project “Change the job, not the employer” to allow employees to change the work area within the organisation and acquire new skills. In 2019, this project won the top prize in the prestigious EB Stars competition – category: Best Employer Branding Internal Initiative.
